Matthew enjoys over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and extensive knowledge of placement management, product research and development together with an expertise in customer, client and market relationships.

Prior to joining Chedid Re, Matthew served as a Director of THB North America for 13 years, leading the business through the merger of several specialty wholesales for clients in the United States and Middle East regions. Matthew started his career with Lloyd’s Underwriters Non-Marine Claims Office before moving to Pearson Webb & Springbett.
